Before moving into guiding, Michael spent many years in international client management and service delivery—work that demanded organisation, responsibility and close attention to people’s needs.

The shift into guiding brought together long-standing interests in travel, history, culture and people with a more personal way of working. It created the opportunity to share the Cape while giving each guest the reassurance that the details are being handled calmly and professionally.

Whether travelling together for one day or a longer journey, the aim remains the same: an experience that feels considered, comfortable and easy from beginning to end.
